Tea Time No.008

I started my final semester of college this week! Can you believe that? I just keep asking myself if this is real!! I'm going to have to fully admit that I am adult soon--no school clutch to fall back on. I love filling you all in on a weekly basis. I hope you enjoy these little glimpses into my life as well.

Monday

I discovered this lovely store called Moon Stones, and I'm officially obsessed. I have been studying and practicing Yoga a lot lately, and found some great crystals to aid in my weekly chakra alignment exercise. I also bought a ring and a few bracelets. I'm guessing that I'm going to be spending a lot of my paychecks there.

Tuesday

S and I ordered a spin bike. One of our resolutions (like everyone else in the world) is to get our bodies back into a healthy state. Its hard for us to wake up and go to the gym, go to work/school, and then still have time to spend with each other, so we thought it would be wonderful to purchase a bike to keep in the house.

Its small enough to be stored away nicely, and will provide us with a little cardio in the morning or evening. I like it because I can still read or drag it into the living room to watch a show while I get my heart rate up. It should be a good thing in our lives--and I will keep you updated on how it works for us.

Wednesday

Wednesdays are going to be a nice catch up day for me. I plan to hang out in coffee shops and work on blog things and school things and work things. I hung out at this place called, The Pour House this week. I love it because not only is the tea great, but it is a non-profit coffee shop that sends all of their tips to a different charity every month! I always tip.

Thursday

Today I gave my first presentation of the semester. It was just a short introduction of myself and a persuasive argument about why I should receive my dream job. I was a little nervous, but I think it went great--or at least I hope it did!

Friday

I don't have classes on Fridays, so I still need to figure out how I want to spend these days. I believe that I am going to make Fridays my clean up and house days. Basically I plan to just stay at home, catch up on laundry, dishes, etc., and work on whatever needs done. I might also spend Fridays doing a lot of reading which is totally fine with me.
